About Safal and Sachin Stores
A small family-run grocery at Darbang 06 Malika, Myagdi, Gandaki Province — daily essentials, fair prices and a familiar smile since 2066 BS.
Darbang 06 Malika, Myagdi, Gandaki Province, NepalOur Story
Safal and Sachin Stores was started in 2066 BS by our family with one simple goal — to bring daily essentials closer to every home in our village. What began as a small wooden counter has grown into the trusted neighborhood shop you know today.
Back then, the shop was just a few shelves of rice, oil, salt and matches. Slowly, as more neighbors came by, we added more items — pulses, spices, fresh vegetables from local farms, snacks for children, dairy, stationery and household goods for every kitchen.
We grew the shop the same way we grew our family — slowly, honestly, and one customer at a time.
Serving Since 2066 BS
For more than fifteen years we have served generations of village families. Many of our customers have shopped with us since they were children. We remember them, their families, and what they like — that's the warmth of a true village shop.
Whether it's a quick packet of tea before sunrise or a full month's ration for a big household, our shelves are arranged to make every visit fast, friendly and unhurried. Call ahead and we'll have your bag ready.
- Open before sunrise, closed only after the last neighbor leaves
- Familiar faces — we know your name and what you usually buy
- Trusted credit for regular families during difficult months
- Cash, eSewa, Khalti and Fonepay accepted at the counter
A Family Business
We are a family-run shop. Every member of our family helps — from arranging shelves to helping elderly neighbors carry their groceries to the doorstep of the shop. We take pride in honest work and fair prices.
Our parents run the counter, our children stock the shelves after school, and our cousins help bring fresh vegetables from nearby farms each morning. Everyone you meet here is family — including you.
Meet the family behind the shop
Safal and Sachin Stores is a family-run kirana shop. The name combines our two sons — Safal and Sachin — and the shop is run together by their parents and the whole family.
